Just finished up. Even pruned back a couple of trees and weeded the flowerbeds.

Batteried power lawn equipment

They're actually making them pretty well for the light, maintenance type stuff. I've got one in that Black & Decker Lithium series and zero complaints for about 3-4 years now. You're not going to do a ton of coverage unless you have a few batteries but totally sufficient for running your lines and a few trees.

It was the freaking fuel lines that were rotted. The same fuel lines that I replaced last year. Damn Chinese shite! Running good now, but I am going to order some Echo fuel lines just in case.

OP, That weed eater is one of the coolest things I've bought lately. Was hesitant on battery powered, but the 40V Battery is beast! Also got the blower attachment. Crazy how they sell a tiller attachment for this thing. Great power, and very solid item!

Probably the ethanol fuel. Try to get ethanol free if you can. If not, put conditioner in it. I do for all my gas tools now. I dont bother with my boat since I run the fuel out every week.

My $800 pressure washer fell victim to the ethanol shite about 4 years ago. Since, i use nothing but ethanol free....

I just don't have the lawn for a walk behind. My lot is .9 acres and part of it is wiided in the back. I bought the 30" tiro two years ago and it's fine. Can cut, trim, edge, blow and clean up in 1.5 hours.
