It went through our family the week before Christmas. Wife had a headache and leg cramps for day, youngest daughter had the same the next day. Me and the oldest had no symptoms.
ETA: the youngest had fever for about 6-8 hours.

I am on day 18 since transmission (I am now 99.99% certain of where/how I got it) and had a total of three nights of moderate nasal congestion. Three days of smell loss.
On first day of nasal congestion I had a weird burning rash around my watch band for a few hours that I'd never had (and haven't had since).
46. Stage IV lymphoma survivor with iffy WBC count. I turned down the Bamlanivimab treatment.
I figure I had a high initial viral load. A+ blood type (research says not much of a factor if any).
There are so many confounding factors, known and presumably unknown. But i have a list of lifestyle stuff that could have contributed to the mildness of my case.

Had it back in June. Felt a bit run down for a day or two. Continued to work but stayed in for 3 weeks.

So for every poster checking in aren’t there potentially 8 more that had it and never knew it?

Mild nasal congestion, back pain and fatigue. The flu has hit me much much harder.
I had the flu last year in February and it was much worse than Covid for me too.

Other than the 20 or so residents that died at the facility where I work, everyone I know who has had it is good to go. Including a 92 yo husband and his 86 yo wife.
I've known a couple who were hospitalized that are now home and seemingly fine.

Where do you work? A nursing home in New York?

Mine wasn’t bad just couldn’t taste for a week and felt like the flu for 3 days. Dad and his gf both got it sick for a few days no big deal.

I had it back in November.
I was miserable for 3-4 days, then sluggish for 2-3 days. After that, I was fine and good to go.
Suck it up pussies and let’s open shite back up.

How many residents on average usually die in a 11 month time frame in non COVID years?

Mine lasted about 10-12 days but wasnt the worst illness I have ever had. Mild symptoms throughout.

My lingering cough is 100x more anything than my actual symptoms the week I was positive

Caught it in October. Felt pretty bad on day 5 and 6, but not the end of the world. Did take me about a month to fully get my strength back. Reminded me of having mono. Smell is still f’ed up.

Just tested positive. It came out nowhere last night. I feel pretty decent right now, except for the splitting headache.

This was me. It wasnt the2-3 day thing most people say but I also never felt like I was dying. Headache was no joke though.
No smell or taste for 15 days.
Good to go now though
