I’m somewhere in the middle. I have zero issue with people having family over, evidenced by the birthday party we had for my 4 year old daughter this past Saturday. Had at least 30 people over, friends, family, even a few people I didn’t know.
Fast forward to now, I’m quarantined until late next week. My mom and sister both also have positive tests. My FIL and SIL also both started showing symptoms today, so I’m expecting them to both test positive tomorrow.
Problem is, it’s impossible to trace. I could have easily had it prior to the party. Or my sister, or my mom. Maybe someone at the party unknowingly had it. Possibilities are endless.
Probably not gonna have anymore gatherings for quite a while.

I was with about 17-18 people. We were outside, not really because of covid, it is more of a covered area that is open, but I honestly didn't even once think about "I am so badass. I better go let people know that I didn't give a frick about JBE". I am pretty sure he realized he wasn't going to stop everyone, but to stop it from spreading as much as possible he advised people to keep it minimal because, like I said, even if some people listen, it would help it from spreading as much as it could spread.

I grilled some steaks (approx. 100lbs.) at an undisclosed location in the northern part of East Feliciana parish for ___ friends and employees.Loads of sides were brought in and ice cold beer flowed. Sheriff doesnt care.
