Cheapest tire mounting and balancing in Baton Rouge?

Who ya'll use? I got quoted $28 a tire which seems crazy expensive to me since that is near half of the price of the individual tire (small car)

got some new ATs put on my truck this morning at Discount in Prairieville. Receipt has $19/tire for install, as well as $2.75/tire for disposal and $2.25/tire for "State Required Tire Fee," whatever tf that is. I bought tires from them though, didn't bring in my own (not sure if that affects price)
I used Allied on Staring for years and planned on using them for this new set. Speed, service, and price were unbeatable. Found out they got bought out by some other company and that my main guy wasn't there anymore. Bummer, but I elected to give them a shot anyway. Called them twice and was told both times they would call me back with pricing. Never did. Called a 3rd time yesterday afternoon and was put on hold for 5 minutes or so. I hung up and called Discount even though it's 25min away. I got immediate pricing and was told tires would be in this morning. Went in about 9:30 or so, was out in 30min. Looks like I'll be going there from now on.

Yeah, when one of the tires spontaneously rolls off at 85mph, you're just gonna drive back over there and demand they stand behind the work and do it right this time!

I'm a man with superior mechanical abilities. I can tell if a tire is put on correctly or not.

nope
i had them put some on for me that I bought online
this was just a couple of months ago
as long as they are close in size as what your truck door tag says
