A second opinion from a different doc is currently in the works, and you will note that in the message I state the chatgpt info will be reviewed with our very useful general practitioner .
In terms of getting a more qualified cardiologist with polio experience Chatgpt did identify 6 clinics . 3 were in the northern US and 3 were separately located in Australia, England, and France. Thats an accurate suggestion based on 60 years of searching for polio specific help.
Bottom line, its all about a non communicative doc, that chatgpt will put out of business

Chatgpt does have a problem with legal questions brought about by the 3 tenants of freshman law school.
If the facts are on your side argue the facts
if the law is on your side argue the law
if neither the facts or the law is on your side , then just argue

Vasovagal Syncope,
That’s one of the most common diagnosis with heart issues. lol:
However, to play devils advocate, just typing in symptoms doesn’t give a true diagnosis. You have to take in account blood work and other testing..
Did you tell Chat GBT to do some echos, and put in a pacemaker as well?

So you prefer
1. your wife to collapse in front of the doc and he just shrugs and says, mostly likely vasovagal response that dropped her BP. Taps you on the shoulder and roll out?
2. Your doc jumps on ChatGPT and gives you a quick generic diagnosis
3. Should some concern and rule out some life threatening causes??

I can tell you the utter bullshite some clients have sent me from ChatGPT has led me to ban it completely. If a client brings me ChatGPT legal analysis they can go find another attorney (after one warning, for now).

We are probably in agreement, see note at 945 above. Writing logic programs for an illogical field like law is difficult.

everyone knows chat gpt sucks at medicine, you need to ask Grok.

My wife had similar issues at 50. After many tests by Drs it was determined she was having complications from previous biaratric surgery. A small procedure by a GI doc fixed the problem. Sometimes the proper diagnosis takes a while.

Without debating that (law itself is very logical—shitty judges applying or ignoring it on the other hand…), I’ve had clients email me completely hallucinated cases as authority for completely irrelevant and incoherent nonsense.
I don’t have time for that shite. After doing this crap for 25 years, I just don’t have the patience. I just apply the 80/20 rule and “walla” (OT humor) buh-bye. It is better for all involved. I could bill them for having to read their made-up bullshite, discovery and demonstrate how completely wrong it is, and replace it with proper analysis. But then they’d complain about the bill. Nope.

I can't even get accurate and reliable sports statistic information from ChatGPT and OP is relying on it for detailed medical diagnosis and treatment? I gotta say.....not a smart idea.

Have you talked to neurologist about it?
I know orthotic hypotension is a common occurrence in Parkinson’s. And I’m wondering if it could also be an issue with polio.
AI overview: Neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (NOH) can be a late complication of polio, caused by autonomic nervous system damage from the virus. Symptoms include lightheadedness, dizziness, fainting, cognitive slowing, and a general feeling of weakness when standing up.

I don't know about ChatGPT, but why wouldn't AI be better than your doctor once it knows every recorded case of every disease and disfunction, the symptoms and treatments and what worked and what didn't?
Of course all but a few doctors will become exctinct. With the few overseeing AI in the beginning. Surgery is already being done with robotics.
Everything repetitive will be dominated by AI and soon.
