Was the crime reported in 2004?

I have a real problem with someone being charged with a sex crime against an adult where it was not reported in a timely manner.

Article I read said "expiring in 4 months". Election year coming up, simple pandering and media exploitation for a control freak seeking to maintain his gravy train by filing against celebrity.

Nope. While pills are certainly different, taking some from a guy that is hitting on you is diving into an assault water pool. If you are uninterested in him, get to stepping. If he offers you pills after you turn him down, do not eat them.

If he has a windowless van, rope, zip ties, duct tape, and is offering you ice cream after offering you penis, run.

Self preservation has not changed that much in the last 11 years.

My opinions are all based on the assumption that she actually was not interested. Her actions say she was.

I've not followed this story that closely. My first question is what evidence do they have to support these allegations?

Evidence!?

EVIDENCE!?

A strong independent lesbian WOMAN claims they happened.

Only a sexist homophobe would need evidence.

I'm still not understanding the claims about drugging his victims.

Were they unknowingly given drugs, or were they doing drugs?
I've heard of drug parties in the 70s and 80s, "ludes, acid, coke, reefer" was the cool thing to do back then "mommy's little helper". Did the assaults occur when he secretly dosed them, or was it "we were both high and something happened?"

That's a very good question. I can't imagine what they have now that they didn't have 10 years ago.

These rape cases often have zero physical evidence. It's insanely easy for someone to walk into a police station and claim to have been raped in the past. Juries routinely convict on nothing more than one person's testimony. It's a big problem.

11 years ago they had a different DA who felt as if there was not enough evidence to bring charges. This one does.

I am now seeing that she was/is a lesbian. Lipstick or flannel?

I also want to admit that I have not read about any of this. I am hearing it on CNN and we all know what a credible bastion of civilization they are. Damn the facts, full speed ahead.

Any idea what that evidence is? All I've heard about are women claiming he raped them years ago. I'd say chances are good at least some of them are telling the truth. But what proof is there to support their claims?

I always like how you use "meme" in regular speak when most people think of a meme as a picture on the internet with funny text.
