Exactly.. the amount of people here that have trouble processing a pretty clear set of videos of what happened is astounding

These people can't even comprehend that ICE agents are federal law enforcement and have the power to enforce laws, including obstruction, as well as use of force authority to defend themselves and others.

You can sit there and morning arm chair QB the situation all day long about what the agent could have done, but it's meaningless and in no way relates to what he felt he needed to do in that scenario.

It was a sad situation, but use of force was justified. All of the people arguing otherwise also are against ICE deportations and have a general distain for authority.

I was listening to TimCastIRL last night and the leftist was saying that the car didn’t touch him. He said yes it did by every video. She said no it didn’t.

Brings up the video. She says, no use the NYT video.

He says this is the source video that NYT uses without editing or cropping.

She says, no bring up the NYT video. He plays it and she says “bring in the audio”

He replies, “the audio has nothing to do with it. It’s just the NYT person saying it was contact but not ‘running over’”


But he plays and she says, see it didn’t hit him. Then he plays the whole video where you clearly see him slide back. She says “that’s not the video I saw but yeah that looks like it touches him I guess.”

Because she hadn’t see any non edited or commentaried account she refused to believe any other perspective.

I would think it would be incredibly insulting to address the "Latino community" at all after Venezuelan gang members were shot.

Most Latinos have nothing to do with Venezuela. Almost no Latinos have anything to do with Venezuelan gang members.
