ICE aren’t a power onto themselves, and him standing in front of the car can be illegal detainment. Ditto for the forcible removal from the car.
ICE has the authority to detain and arrest anyone, including US Citizens, when engaged in obstruction or interference of a legal operation.
The partner even admitted that they were there to interfere with the operation.
Your argument is a nonstarter

Apparently it worked in real life this time.
He didn't get hit because he moved out of the way. Her foot was mashed to the floor after she was shot.
You think someone getting shot caused them to remove their foot off the accelerator and onto the brake?

And blocking the road is a tough sell because you see other cars drive by, coming from the direction of the ICE convoy no less.
Imagine even typing this. Ooof

I was referring to the statement of him making that shot being something that happens in movies not real life.

You should add between 3 and 4. “The driver’s partner yelled at the driver to drive”
I believe the woman outside of the vehicle is possibly the most culpable for her death because she prompted the driver to go.

Did Reddit tell you this? You are truly ignorant, low IQ or both if you believe this

Thats my position too. You're much better off dodging a vehicle
The road was slick right there. The officer likely couldn’t move fast enough on regular footing to avoid car, but it’s much more likely his ability to quickly jump to his right was limited on the slick road.
quote:I don’t think the officer should face any kind of disciplinary action from work or otherwise.
I don't think the officer should face jail though.

Immediately afterwards she was saying she killed her by forcing her to be there to obstruct ICE. Maybe we should listen to her.

If you sit back and ponder this statement it’s one of the most narcissistic comments you’ll ever read.
This is coming out of the face of someone no one finds attractive. She has friends that support her but they dont call her good looking when she’s not around. She’s one of those kids that don’t have a lot of baby pictures if you know what I’m saying and it’s not because her mom didnt have a camera.
, it’s just harder to remember to take pics after your husbands left you for another man.

she also taunted the cop(not that that factors into the shooting,) before she climbed into the vehicle, she should be up for some sort of charges too

Is there such a thing as an accessory to attempted murder?

Probably because he took the split second to make a shot and not immediately move.

not a criminal lawyer but they have charged people while internet bullying that have encouraged their target to commit suicide, if she was encouraging her "wife" to run the cop down I don't see how she couldn't be culpable

He got hit before he fired the first shot.

so he got hit, repositioned himself in front of the car, and fired a shot?
