Well, one of them was standing there on two feet being a total menace. For the one in the vehicle I think the vehicle could have been followed and that in itself is racking up more charges against the driver. You don’t get to be this trigger happy and get away with it.

I saw a 3rd agent coming out of the truck slip and might have actually busted it right before camera panned to include him while trying to get over there quickly after shots were fired. Regular careful walking speeds and strides didn’t seem to be as affected, but quick changes of direction or speeds including jumping or getting feet too far out from being under your center of gravity didn’t appear like they would have had normal traction around there.

If I had just fired a fatal shot due to fearing for my life I would say something like “oh frick”, “oh my god”, “what the frick”, and not “fricking bitch”. If this goes to a court of law, and it will, the gun being drawn and those comments will help build a prosecution and paint a picture of a hot head. The cop is just as stupid as the deceased.
