To me, saying “get the frick out the car” proceeded by “fricking bitch” after firing the rounds, would indicate some level of hot headedness. I don’t think that crazy arse woman was trying to run him over. She was trying to make an escape and is/was a fricking idiot. Firing those rounds wasn’t necessary. Having his weapon drawn in the first place wasn’t even necessary. Were the lesbos really that much of a threat?

And you’ve had 28 hours to analyze and think about it from a dozen different vantage points. That cop had about half a second. Where everyone scrutinizing him wanted him to look at the driver to make sure she saw him, yet also look at her tires (which were still pointed to the left when she put the car in drive), assess the heaviness of her foot on the gas (which was hard enough to make the tires spin), and determine if she was driving at him or trying to drive around him, all while he was still in front of the vehicle, trying to get out of the way…

She’s obviously turning the steering wheel to the right pre-discharge. Annoying as the lady walking around barking is, I don’t see this maniacal attempt to run him down from the driver. Just don’t.
