Celebrities with Covid-19

If this virus is so dangerous why hasn’t anyone famous passed away yet or much less been hospitalized? I am by no means wishing any of this on anyone but it just seems a little odd too me. It’s weird you’ll hear Sean Payton(not a spring chicken) has the coronavirus and then you won’t hear any updates on his condition. What are they getting some special kind of treatment to knock this thing out. What about all the NBA players that have gotten it? Yes I know they’re in good condition but I have read that some people in good healthy condition have had to be hospitalized. What about Tom Hanks? That dude isn’t young. Shouldn’t he have been really really sick. Yet you hear nothing. Can someone explain to me why this is so?

None of these people have other health conditions hindering their body from fighting the virus

Celebrities also have a larger income which gives them options like private testing earlier, IV doses of vitamin C, private doctors, etc etc etc which are all a higher level of care than an average person with regular income.

There is a misconception that just being old means it will kill you. There are 85 year olds in better shape than a lot of obese 50 year old smokers. Old people typically have more health issues which is why they’re dying at a higher rate, but by no means is age the defining factor of who survives and who dies.
In summary, the virus doesn’t know your age. It only knows what other issues you have that it can further destroy.

Not exactly a household name, (in fact I don't remember it either) but the screenwriter of The Full Monty and several other movies just died of it.
