Would a CBD product like a rub on pain reliever work for an everyday smoker? I would think they get enough CBD but I don't really know.

I guess it would depend on the CBD amounts in the marijuana they use daily. Some strains have low percentages of CBD compared to the THC, while some CBD products have tons of CBD in them.

I've used the cream for my lower back and I have found it helps. I was never really into marijuana though.

it works. Just have to make sure your normal bud doesn't have a lot of CBD already or you won't notice much of a difference.

I get my THC with CBD in it as often as I can, because it is awesome.

depends. Different varieties of weed have wildly different CBD levels just like wildly different THC levels.

If you mean for pain relief, it absolutely will. I'm a frequent flyer, and use hemp cream for muscle/body aches from BJJ, and take CBD tinctures for anxiety/sleep quality. The cream will target specific areas, so I find it's much more effective for localized pain relief.

My gf quit smoking and she bought the cbd "bud" that's smokable. She liked it enough to buy more.

CBD definitely doesn't give you a high like smoking real bud. However, if you smoke bud to take the edge off, taking CBD will reduce your urge to smoke since (at least in my experience) there is no "edge" to take off. So then you can just smoke when you want to get inebriated, which is something I struggled with for a long time.
