I ingest CBD oil regularly and indulge with flower frequently and yes CBD works as a pain reliever just fine in conjunction with pot. It actually seems to lessen the effects of the pot a bit but not the other way around. I've been taking Charlottes Web 20mg about 2-3 times per week and have had improvement to inflammation issues I 've been having in my joints.

Taking a toke is great for my mind and certainly gives my body a pleasurable feeling.
It doesn't do much for my aching knees though.
They have CBD products to apply directly on your knees,back,etc.
I also have some Prescription Anti-Inflammatory Gel.
They both help with arthritis.
