Does that mean that she was alive and bleeding all over him and his borrowed car before he shot Her?

This can't get worse.

Just speculation but could her dad owe money to the wrong people? Like, a lot of money? In that situation, if he wasn't liquid enough to meet the deadline, then this was to show her dad how serious the debt is. We see shite like that in the movies all the time, so if the movies weren't inspired by true life, then expect life to mimic art. No reason to think this couldn't be a hit to make a point. If not with her dad, then to someone.

The reason the guy didn't rape her was because he already knew he was going to have to kill her or someone would kill him. Might be kinda' difficult to feel like fricking under those circumstances.

I think it will since she was likely raped. The animal attacked her, possibly broke her jaw in the initial attack, put her in the SUV and drugged her. Her clothes were found separate from her body and evidence indicates she was shot where her body was found so she was probably alive until the dump site.

Flay him. Pour salt on him. Wake him up. And sear every nerve ending possible.

Cruel and unusual punishment has its place.

Hell is but a word.

Wtf?

“If you’re gonna break her legs and jaw, might as well rape her too!” Calm down fella.

Sitting in 12th grade calculus and we would watch that show "numbers" which was a crime drama based on utilizing math skills to help solve crime.

Kid in our class goes, yeah if I was going to murder a girl I'd rape her too, realized what he said, and asked for it to be scrubbed from the record.

I’m not familiar with measurements of drugs- is that a lot of a little?

For someone with no opioid tolerance it’s a lot.

Do we know the route of the fentanyl? It can be given by injection, which would be much easier than forced ingestion. It can also be absorbed buccally, so she wouldn't have to swallow it per se.

The perp's brother has priors for possession and distribution of multiple things including fentanyl. So it's not surprising that his brother was cooperating when questioned.

Dummy

I’m a business owner who is very familiar with business valuations and margins. I give you a detailed explanation of how the guy could easily be worth over a billion dollars and you respond with…”Dummy”.

At $3.2 billion in annual sales, he would have to have a profit margin under 5% to have a business value less than a billion dollars, assuming he is the only shareholder, a 6.1 multiple of earnings for valuation, and assuming minimal debt.

And as I pointed out before, there is also the likelihood that has harvested cash from the business for years. Even without the residual value of the business, he could be a billionaire…dummy.
