Fentanyl has contact absorptive properties.

It is why there have been contact issues when EMS personnel interact with ODs.

Here is a case in Georgia.
quote:

Thomson Man, EMS Personnel Hospitalized after Fentanyl Exposure
quote:

On Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 10:12 a.m., McDuffie Co. 911 received a call for assistance about a medical emergency at Heritage Villas, 411 Noble Street Thomson, McDuffie County, Georgia. McDuffie County Sheriff’s Office personnel and Thomson-McDuffie Emergency Services personnel responded to the scene. When they arrived, EMS personnel entered the home and found two Thomson men inside. EMS personnel began providing medical treatment. While providing medical treatment, three of the EMS personnel who had been in contact with one of the men began displaying symptoms associated with possible fentanyl exposure. One man and three EMS personnel were taken to local hospitals for treatment. The three EMS personnel were treated and released later in the day. One man died and another man remains in treatment.
There are arguments over whether it is possible to OD with contact (not likely), but it wouldn’t be surprising that there would be some absorption.

Why not? Did you know her personally and can confirm no one had a reason for wanting her dead?

You really never know what is going on in people's lives. Her husband might have been involved in something and fricked around with the wrong people. Either way, more than likely someone knew she jogged around campus early in the morning.

Right, and the suspect's brother was arrested as well for possession of heroin and fentanyl (among other things), so I imagine that's where the substance came from.

Her taking fentanyl voluntarily for a 3 am run makes sense to you?

What's the deal with everyone thinking things don't make sense.

You never know what happens or why. There are many reasons why this could have happened.

When someone got a gun to their head they will do pretty much whatever they are told.

Being shot could have been a mistake or maybe it was a message. Im not saying this is at all what happened, but lets just say her husband was involved in something.. Maybe a "silent investor" and something happened where he did something that screwed someone.

Or that his "investment" would have hurt a seller who told him that if he gets involved he will pay. He didn't listen so they "okay, he didn't listen. Maybe he needs to learn how serious we are".

Kidnaps the wife, gives her fentanyl and kills her. His wife was kidnapped, killed then had fentanyl in her system. That might cause him to reconsider.

She was an heiress to a billion dollar fortune. People have been murdered for way less!

They don’t know that yet. Those samples are being tested now

The amount they found in her system was twice the lethal amount. It wasn’t contact absorption

The only other options are:

1. She took it willingly when she went out for her run,

Or

2. It was forced on her in some fashion.

You have another explanation?

I’ve read the actual report (it’s online). Vaginal samples were taken during the autopsy for DNA testing. So yes, they need samples. If they find samples of his DNA from inside her vagina, they can potentially charge him with rape. Decomposition and insect/animals eating at her remains makes some of the more obvious signs of rape more difficult

He probably forced it down her throat. I’m just saying, you’re not going to have a toxicology report with that much in her system by simple contact with the drug
