Cause of death for kidnapped jogger Eliza Fletcher revealed this afternoon

A Tennessee woman who was kidnapped during an early-morning run and then found murdered, died from a gunshot to the head, according to an autopsy report released Thursday.
Eliza Fletcher, 34, had a gunshot wound in the back of her head also had blunt-force injuries to her leg and jaw fractures, according to the autopsy completed by the West Tennessee Regional Forensic Center in Memphis.
The kindergarten teacher was jogging on the University of Memphis campus on Sept. 2 when she was forced into a vehicle after a struggle. Her body was found Sept. 5 behind a home following a days-long search.

The article from Daily Mail also said she had 10ng/ml of fentanyl in her system. That seems pretty weird.

Well hold up, let's not rush this. How about savagely beat and torture, with a regular mix in of healing and recovery, over a period of weeks at least (maybe a day of torture for every year of her life taken, based on average life expectancy), then execute.
