That's one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen.

Hey, ya gotta live with the consequences when you hit on a 15 with the dealer showing a 6...

He could easily have killed him with all those punches to the head. And breaking the arms is a sign of deep mental issues. Hopefully he fully gets punished for his crimes whatever that punishment is.

Found some Info on Reddit about this.

The guy in red shirt is named Ivan Kontic and is chief of security at a casino. The guy he is assaulting is a manager’s brother. Motive of beating is apparently some "unfinished business".

Ivan Kontic escaped police and is now supposedly hiding in a neighboring country. If you google his name, a bunch of articles come up in what I am guessing is Serbian.

Guy is a psychopath.

Yeah a round of 12 gauge buckshot directed at his nose at about 5 yards would be appropriate in that situation. Any boxer who has ever died in the ring didn't take that beating. Not sure how the victim survived that.

When I was a kid wrasslin' with cousins or friends, armbars were the one thing that would make me tap right the frick out. It takes almost no pressure for that tingling sensation of hyperextension to kick in. Makes my skin crawl.

Anyway that was brutal.

I wonder how many times very similar things happened in the old school Vegas back rooms.

That is some seriously disturbing shite.

I'd imagine he would be dead if he were a pedo. But, it's fricking Serbia, it was probably over $50 and a bottle of vodka.

That would be 5,000 Dinar and a bottle of rakija. The Balkans love them some fruit brandy.
