Most I've won, probably $100. Most I've lost, probably $200. I'm not good at gambling so I don't play.
I've watched my friends win it all and party. I've watched my friends lose it all (zeroed out their bank accounts) and cry.
Watched my boss lose $250k. He was skunk drunk and demanded more money. They told him no.

Casinos are depressing to be in
Never been in one in my life. Have no desire to go in one. Only gambling I do is at the horse races. Can go with friends and enjoy each others company during the time between races. No pressure to make a big bet with the folks I go with.
Lived in Dallas for 30 years. People out there couldn't believe I never went to the casinos when I went home.

I walk in with a set amount - usually just a few hundred and usually leave with more. Occasionally I will lose a few hundred but we have fun, the drinks are free and we get comps.

I got banned from a casino once because a hooker stole my money and I caught up with her downstairs and yelled for security to stop her. Was gonna press charges then she admitted she was a hooker to get me in trouble as well so instead of jail I worked a deal to drop charges and let her keep the money since I couldn't prove it was my money in exchange for getting 86'd for life.

I have never been in a casino. I did play blackjack at an apartment casino night back in 1991. I won a 30 dollar gift certificate to Applebee's in Houston.

Walked into a casino in Tulsa with $200 and locked the slot machine up for $3500, then Won $800 on another machine. Went to OKC casino the next night and won $2900. Haven't been back since.

Won my uncle a $1000 once.
Was on a wheel of fortune slot, he was hammered drunk and didn't understand the game.
Bet max, landed on a free spin, got up and walked away. I took over and used the interactive screen to put his spin to use.
Lands on the $1000. I catch up with him and give him 100%, he gives me half and a waiteress $30 lol

I go about 1-2 times a year, alternate between overall gain/loss with a clear correlation to intoxication level. Just in case my SO could ever tie me to my TD account I will not post the max I've lost.

Right there with you. Poker is no longer fun. The actual game didn't change the people playing it did. It's depressing.
I play just about everything but main game is blackjack. Everyone loses in casinos. Everyone at some point has walked out with that "shite that was too much" feeling.
If you'd like to spend a lot of time in a casino enjoying the band and free drinks but don't have a ton of money you're able to lose - I suggest learning pai gow. It's a game where each hand takes a lot of time and you push the majority of the time. Like everything, you can get on a bad run - and when you get on a bad run get up b/c that game is really hard to come back at. But it's a great time killer.
