Hell yes.

I knew a guy in high school who’s dad went to jail for something similar. A truck ran a redlight & hit their car. The guy I know wasn’t born yet, but he/his mom were in the passenger seat with dad driving. After checking that his pregnant wife was ok, the dad put truck in park, ran to the other drivers wrecked car, pulled him out of the drivers seat, and nearly beat him to death in the middle of the intersection. He went to jail & missed the birth of his son but other than that everything worked out.

What's the problem? Sometimes you get what's coming to you.

Sounds like a heartwarming story of a man who not only protected his kids, he ensured that no other parent will have to go through the horror of seeing this person drive away with their kids and have all those awful thoughts go through their heads.

I hope this guy gets the legal help he deserves if he's charged with something. The way I see it, he's not responsible for other members of the public piling on. Seems like he could argue that he just wanted to subdue the guy so he didn't escape, and it was the piling on by everyone else that was responsible for his death.

Well you had "at least 30" chances.

In Jackson about three years ago, three guys stole a car with a 4 year old boy in the backseat. They put a bullet in his head and left him on the side of the road.

You can’t take chances when it comes to your kids

Justice served.

I hope he won’t get fined or have to serve jail time.

Isn’t Philly the town where the George Soros funded district attorney was elected?
If so, street justice is better than no justice.

Oh, you think that, do you? Isn't that precious. You keep right on with your "thinking" there, son.

So what kind of standard are we setting here? People shouldn't steal cars, or people shouldn't allow their cars to be stolen?

Don't be an idiot. The car thief is in the wrong here.
