frick any pile of shite who decides to press charges on them.
You know some proggie is gonna file charges.
Justice served imo!
Prosecutors are probably gonna say once the kids were secure and nobody was in danger, the attack on the (NOT VICTIM) became an assault which is a crime. Everyone involved with that crime is responsible for his death at and they can all be charged. It doesn’t really matter which blow was fatal.
Example: 3 guys rob a store, one of them shoots clerk and he dies, they all get charged with murder. Doesn’t matter who pulled the trigger.
Father will get off on the temp insanity stuff I’d assume. He was in a traumatized state, but I doubt that works for the rest of them.
Hopefully, this is where a jury of their peers set them free after 5 min of deliberations realizing justice was already served to that POS. I’ll gofundme their defense fund without hesitation.

Wish I had been there to get a couple of kicks in.

Im sorry bu there is something wrong with the idea that this guy can be sued by the family of a guy who stole his car and kidnapped his kids.
There is just something wrong with that

What’s the o/u on the number of kicks the mob issued to Mr. Hood’s head and face while unconscious on the ground? I’m going with 18.

Police say Hood had at least 30 prior arrests with many of them narcotics related.
Yeah I have to say that if you're getting arrested that many times, it just might be time to give up on life.
This dude had absolutely no positive value to the community.
Looks like this good father took out the trash and put it in the garbage can.

Why is this even possible. Why do we allow people to get arrested soo many times and still walk the streets. I dont care if its a bunch of simple things like a bunch of drug charges. At some point they just need to be locked away for good if they are insistent on breaking the law constantly.

Yeah at some point it should become clear that an individual has such a low chance of becoming a productive member of society that he/she needs to be removed from society.
If the father is charged and goes to trial, all he needs is a couple of black fathers (honestly any father should do the trick), and he’ll walk. After wasting plenty of tax dollars on a pointless trial of course

I think that they are going to have a tough time finding a grand jury in Philly that will return an indictment for that.
