you need to file the claim with your company and let them take care of it or this is going to drag out for quite some time

Explain, Cap.

The guy hits me in the rear at an angle, and then hits the side of the curb on the bridge.

I keep it gathered up and notice on the drive back its pushing to the right a bit.

Is it so farfetched that the camber in the rear is out?

Well you didn't say you hit the curb. If that's the case they shoukd pay that. Especially if your wheel or tire show the point of contact.

You shouldn't be calling and texting her at this point. Let your insurance company handle it.

No, I didn't hit jack.

He hit the curb after he hit me. He struck me not quite center.

Either way, you are their insured and I'd hope they'd help you out for such a small supplement.

I always try to understand the other fellas position, but I think it's like Chad said.

Sometimes you just get a knucklehead.

Yep. Some people stick to the book with no flex, some don't. Otoh, some companies allow their adjusters to be flexible where some don't.

Like I said in my first response, I can see where they're coming from, but heck they should help out with something so minor. I'm sure you aren't being a dick about it either which is why I don't understand why they can't help out here.

You need to involve yourself with a renter's insurance claim if you want to witness some fricked up shite.

If you do have full coverage plus rental then call your insurance. This is why you have insurance!!! If the other driver is found at fault, your insurance will subrogate against the other insurance and you will not be "dinged" on your record.

My CLUE report says differently. Make sure you check it annually. I got "dinged" because I made a claim. CLUE report (which matters if you are shopping around for insurance rates) doesn't care that my insurance company got 100% of their money back. I made a claim.
