Just say “that’s the stupidest thing I have ever heard” and walk away. I believe in a polite and ordered society but I also believe we let people get away with way too much these days. We, as a society, need to let people know when they are being dumb so they can ponder their behavior and consider corrections. Damn, I want a coffee now.

This is so true. On occasion I just tell people “in power” (usually some low level government functionary like the lady at the DMV) “NO” and love to see the look of confusion on their face. They really are amazed when someone just refuses to do what they command.

Best of luck today. I don’t think length will change, but girth definitely will.....so have 2 ice packs on steady rotation.

I’ve been practicing time restricted eating for years now and have heard from multiple doctors and nutrition specialists who all have come to the conclusion that black coffee will not break a fast. No clue why someone else drinking coffee would create a problem for those in a fast. Plus, my sense of smell is intensified when in a fasted state of 16 hours or more, and coffee especially smells wonderful.
