I’m 65, just tried it and was able to put my fingertips on my toes amongst the sounds of knees cracking and vertebrae popping. It actually felt good in a weird sort of way.

My hamstrings are too tight. I could do it when I was 12 years old and weighed about 100 lbs but even then the hamstrings were screaming.
