Nope. 10-15 years ago when i was there you could walk in, southeast corner entrance was always open.
On a nice day if i had time between classes would walk in and sit on sidelines and read or whatever.
Not anymore though.

I don't think so....last time I was around there, one of the gates was open, so we walked in to look at the place. One of the folks working there came over and nicely told us that we weren't supposed to be there.
I would imagine that even if they let you in for a look, they wouldn't want the liability of you doing something like running the stadium.
