Get some DayQuil pills. Take those and wash it down with the DayQuil liquid.
Use the nasal spray also

sinus headaches occur bc congestion build up in sinus passages in the head. that's not where you breath. when that drains down though and hardens then youll have breathing issues. best long term advice is to limit dairy.

This time of year when farmers are spraying fungicide, I get a mild, throbbing headache that lasts for weeks accompanied by a hazy, foggy feeling. It is weird and annoying. It feels like sinus issues without nose problems or drainage.
I just suffer through it. It goes away after 3 weeks or so.
