Can we expect every election year to be like this moving forward?

Seems like the longer time goes on and career politicians grow and grow, instead of doing their jobs and actually having agendas and solutions...they use the media to create travesties to motivate change and get votes based off nothing but the concept of change. This is really getting redixulous.

Might tone down when Trump leave office. I’m sure the republicans will nominate and neocon next election, and then it’s back to the typical two sides of the same coin with the 2 elitist and old career politician neo-liberal candidates.

The 2 party system is straight up garbage. The USA would be way better off with multiple smaller and more niche parties. You can’t look at Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders and think they belong in the same party. Same for Trump and career republicans. It could also give people like libertarians more of a voice.

We shall see. Who’s to say the democrat establishment isn’t just using the crazies right now to try to take down Trump, and will dump them when he’s gone? I think both sides have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo post-Trump.

You won’t find many conservatives who have nice things to say about W, myself included. But the media hated him from pretty much Day 1. They gave it a rest very briefly after 9/11.
