The national fraternity headquarters or the corksuckers that come in and bust the chapter thus reporting it to the school. Most times the school gets the info first and then reports it to back to nationals but every once in a while pledges report it straight to headquarters and they send in a team of sleuths in to uncover the dirty details.

LSU's Greek authority tried to put us back on probation after an investigation into whether we had a keg at the house one night....
......a keg.
Investigation process lasted nearly two years and was completed after one simple 15 minute walkthrough of the house and us telling them how much horseshite the whole thing was, regardless of whether or not we actually had the keg.

Yeah. Kegs were a big no no even back in my early days, the Last Call of the early 90s, the first wave of crackdowns. Kegs and South Seas. They really hit us where it hurt.
It was cat and mouse until later in 1997. Each semester GA would put out new rules and in most cases we'd find ways to just barely comply while still going wild and hazing balls.

What happened to Delta Tau Delta? They were a big one back in the 80's. They're no longer on campus.

As far as I know they haven't been at LSU in a while and were initially removed by their National advisers due to dwindling membership. I heard they tried to come back but couldn't really get enough guys to justify it.

The old delta chi house is not the one they tour down AGR moved in there. The house that was tour down is the house between Zta and Theta.

I wonder if Jonathan Sanders and Angela Guillory ever got caught up in a heated passion any of those long nights trying to figure out how to pass down frivolous punishments to the greek organizations. They had to have had some moments together.
