It means that they want to FORCE everyone to PRETEND along with their f*cking INSANITY. If you don't, you will face severe repercussions including the loss of your livelihood. If the freaks and their comrades in the Dim party have their way, they'll also put your a$$ in "reeducation" camps or prison until you confess to the evil of your ways.

When a Progressive refers to "rights", what they really mean is they want a separate set of laws/standards for themselves that are different from their enemies. Doesn't matter if it is "trans", "gay", "minority", whatever.
They want to be able to do and say what they please. Anything you do or say they don't like, you should be censored, jailed, fleeced, etc.

Almost everyone I know who works for a major corporation has already gotten the email ... If you misgender someone or don't call them by their preferred pronoun (i.e., PRETEND that they are something you KNOW they are not), then you will face consequences, up to and including TERMINATION.
So, in a way, they've already started.
