they are like reporters used to be years ago when they all tried to be the first to go on TV report a story scoop before anyone else does and get it correct.
in reality its only as accurate as if you looked out the window and saw dark clouds on the horizon heading your way, if you go on TV and say to expect rain this afternoon then you got a better then 50% chance of being right. its still just blind guessing sort of like going fishing, make your best guess and hope it turns out the way you thought it would
