That made me chuckle. Crazy.

Imagine being called as a doctor to speak at a hearing on abortion medication, and then some a-hole politician asks you a question that has nothing to do with the topic at hand. A yes or no question was absolutely weilded as a political tool for a douchebag to create a viral social video for himself. Her mistake was politely trying to deflect an off-topic question instead of just telling him to frick off.

Can't wait to walk up to teacher conferences next month and ask the science teacher if men can pregnant or not and just watch her squirm, as she politely holds back from calling me an idiot. I care about the truth that much. So much that I'll interrupt something unrelated to acquire that truth. Who cares that I'm absolutely distracting from the issue at hand, my child's failing grade? I have virtue signal points to achieve on the internet!

Unironically a great idea.
If an "educator" hesitates, I wouldn't want them teaching my kids.

So pregnancy is a major part of the topic.

A simple one about pregnancy.

political tool
This is during a political hearing, is it not?

She should have given her answer and moved on. She didn't because she knows the truth and what she thinks she has to say for HER political side are different.

Uhm yes it does. Asking me to delude myself from reality to placate someone else's mental illnessis insulting and would cost me my dignity.

It's completely unreasonable to ask someone to ignore reality because you have a mental illness that makes you think how you feel trumps reality.

Literally asked can biological men get pregnant.

You understand how idiotic a person has to be to have Josh Hawley defended?

If the AMA hadn't become such a pandering political beast, it would revoke her credentials on that alone. Her having a medical license is like the National Geographic Society giving accreditation to flat-earthers.

What gets me is loonies like her and dumbass white women who think this way say that the science is settled and medical science agrees on this because groups like AMA and APA say men can get pregnant and there are 5000 genders.

No, loons like yourself have packed these large medical groups and they’re now spewing unhinged political opinions. That’s a far cry from settled science.

You are the problem and why we are in Idiocracy right now. Thank you for letting us all know how stupid you really are. If you are also a teacher, that is frightening as well as you are working hard to make sure someone else's kids are as stupid as you.

So your deflection is that abortion has nothing to do with pregnancy. And the Dems constantly yammer about women's rights to abortions but can't tell you who women are. OK.

A doctor who cannot admit that men don't get pregnant should not be listened to on any topic at all.

Hard to imagine why your side continues to stack massive Ls on this issue, all in the service of defending something obviously untrue (men are women if they say they are and we all have to go along with pretending).

It's truly something how the trans people can bully leftists into staying in line.

If the senator would say can people who were born male get pregnant, she could just answer the question

He did ask exactly that. He asked "Can biological men get pregnant?".

Yes, words matter. Can men get pregnant? No. Of course not. But you could add a couple of extra words there to take away the gotcha moment, but he wants the gotcha moment. Mainly to stir up people like you

Words do matter.
Male/female = gender
Man/woman = sex
Apparently one is mutable (I argue that, but whatever).
One we know is not mutable.
All protections and considerations we give to women are for the sex, not the gender. Always has been. You need to live with that.

That's the part that I find so wild. Every person in that room, every person watching it live, and every person who is viewing this after the fact obviously knows the answer. But nearly half of this country won't admit it

I'd bet that the # of people that won't say men can't get pregnant is under 10%

No, it establishes up front and on the record that the witness will put ideology over fact.
