A responsible person would not allow their yard service open access to the fenced portion of their yard.
My gates are locked from the inside for that very reason .. someone needs in .. they have to get me to unlock the gate.
This prevents me from getting sued if my dogs bite them and also prevents my dogs getting out.

They'll leave it open again. It doesn't matter anyway, even if they close it when they're done, it'll be left open the entire time they're cutting your grass.

At first I was like "ok, maybe if the dog gets out and gets hurt" but at that point I assumed that the dogs were just in the back yard all the time and the gate was left open. But then I read again and realize that he meant when HE let the dogs out. What a dumbass. You are what's wrong with America.
