Almost 100% yes, you would lose the lawsuit. Look up the attractive nuisance doctrine.

P.S. - That's the worst climbing wall in the history of climbing walls. I literally laughed when I saw it. You have a square hole in the middle of your climbing wall. So you took all the grips and stacked them inches apart on top.

You can't even climb it, it's basically there to grab and hang from which makes it even more strange

I also can't believe your wife allowed that

You have a bike inside your house and a climbing setup

Can you get anymore cliche' granola Portland style than that?

I would have sworn that was Salmons living room if someone posted it randomly

Salmon loves the bike inside to show people how earthy he is/use it as artwork

Not sure what that means, so maybe it's not the worst.

But it's definitely a liability for you if one of your kids friends comes over, climbs up, and breaks his leg falling onto your fall. Or God forbid lands on his head.

Your setup is dope and looks perfectly safe. The only hazard I can see is if someone is blinded by that lime green color and falls as a result. That's where your focus needs to be.

And let’s also hope that douchey setup is disclosed on his homeowner’s application so they don’t hang him out to dry on a material misrepresentation coverage dispute!

Yay insurance!

Swear to God, when I read this thread, I was thinking of just replying "Let one of those little frickers fall, then let boosiebadazz represent the little shite head's parents, and watch how quickly your carrier writes a check for policy limits".

I'm thinking about making a bed of knives for kids to come over and sleep on. If they're too stupid to not realize the danger, not my problem.

Yes. In all seriousness, if you keep it, you need to get anyone who comes over to look at those tacky arse green walls to sign a hold harmless and indemnity agreement where they acknowledge climbing is at your own risk. Also, you will need to post a sign noting that.
