Can hitting someone with a forearm actually hurt?

"Iceman" King Parsons had a finisher where he'd sling his opponent into the ropes, and then jump up and hit them in the face with his arse.
Called it the butt butt. Seemed to hurt his opponents, but I think they were acting a little.

It was particularly devastating when Iron Mike Sharpe did it, but there were always those rumors he had a loaded arm brace.

Use the boney (?) part of the forearm that runs up to the side of your wrist. It will duck someone up.
