Sure but a diving bell is the smart choice. A sub depreciates 50% once it touches the water.
Diving bells hold their value, are easy to sell and are very romantic if you plan on entertaining the ladies.

The seabreacher would be neat even though it's not a real sub. Goes under for like 30 seconds to about 5 feet down.
