When seen through the Lense of a business owner, her focus was on the spectacle that you made. The optics were just bad for you in this case. Have the vision not to lash out at someone in the future.

I see what you’ve done. Clear double meaning. Hidden in plain sight.

Look at it through the client’s eyes, he may have a vision for her practice that could be eye opening.

Yes, but in hindsight, you've framed the incident narrowly, while looking through rose colored glasses.

Obviously sounds like you avoided any future problems by having your eye dr bitch expose herself as a weakling. I would send her a bill for a fee for not canceling your appointment with a 48 hour notice. Then send it to collections when she ignores it.

Why would you want to see a doctor that does not want you as a patient

You seem to have tunnel vision for the doctor’s viewpoint, don’t let her short sightedness blur your viewpoint, doesn’t make for good optics.

How big of a jerk off do you have to be for an eye doctor to tell you to not come back.

To make your form letter more believable, you should have had a blank to fill in for the number of years.

After you told her what you told her and she freaked out, you should have left then. This person sounds unhinged.

Can I, please, get a bit of elaboration on this particular "experience"?
