Way to go, Betsy.

They ranted, tried to shut her out, cancel her, but she got this done. The stink of the infamous Obama Dept. of Ed. "memo" is washing away.

4 more years and we may have way less communism in the school system.

I wish they'd make up their minds. I thought women were as good as, if not better, than men. Seems like the rapes would go down since the rapers would meet their match.

One of the worst secret scams of the Obama administration was how much power they gave to universities to handle sexual assaults on campus. They turned the liberal administration into the judge, jury, and executioner of the case.

Quentez Cephus wouldn't have lost a year at UW if the Biden rule hadn't been implemented.

No, they turned a single liberal administrator.

The new rules are similar to what the Department of Education proposed in November 2018. Most notably, the government has abolished the single-investigator model, which previously permitted a sole university official to investigate an accusation of misconduct, decide which evidence to consider, and produce a report recommending an outcome. Under the new rules, the final decision maker must be a different person than the investigator, and a finding of responsibility can only be rendered after a hearing in which a representative for the accused is able to pose questions to the accuser—i.e., cross-examination.

This is the way it should be.

If it’s sexual misconduct, it shouldn’t be adjudicated by a university. It should be enforced by law enforcement officers.

Sexual assault, yes. Misconduct, no.

Why did people think she was going to be so shitty? Because she made money in charter schools?

What is sexual misconduct if it’s not sexual assault?

Whatever women say it is. Who even knows. You call a woman a count these days and she’s likely to accuse you of something.

I'd like it better if her job was to shut it down.

Since that isn't happening there are a lot more changes that need to be made.

Devil's advocate here: I can see this being disastrous.

If a woman is assaulted by someone, she now has to also deal with being torn to shreds by the accused's lawyer during cross examination?

This is going to cause fewer people to come forward who are legitimate victims. No one wants to deal with this.

Accusers need to be brave. Should anyone’s life be ruined by an anonymous accuser? What could go wrong?

O/U on dudes lives that have been ruined for false rape comments since this single judge jury and executioner system has been implemented.

1000

I think that number's WAY low. That's only 1 dude for every 5 universities in the country.
