called USPS and had a GREAT experience

I called my local post office, and 20 rings, no answer. Called again, around 4:30 and they answered, and despite sounding busy, with a lot going on in the background, they put me on hold a couple times, but got me my answer.
Answer was: Call Postal Inspector (and she gave me the correct #).
Called Postal Inspector at 4:45 about a fraudulent change-of-address filed by our neighborhood Suboxone addict... within 45 seconds, a live person in Kansas was politely handling my problem. Within a couple minutes, all was fully settled.
Pleasantly surprised!

My local post office used to be complete shite. Now it’s like a Chick Fil A in there. I’m pleasantly surprised at the turn around, and I don’t know how they did it.

If your neighborhood suboxone addict is doing shady things then he/she probably isn't on suboxone anymore and back on the crap that got him/her on the suboxone to start with.
