But you don't matter either, so it's all good.

Yeah man, wishing death on people because of their political leanings is super cool.

California could get hit by a comet and people would some how link it to California being liberal.

I don’t think a lot of people realize how rural a lot of Northern California is, it is not easy land to manage due to terrain and size.

Y’all better let me hold onto all that coke. I know what to do with it so y’all are safe from all of that cocaine.

The tree huggers out here have all but gotten controlled burns banned. That did a lot to keep underbrush and fuel clear. Apparently controlled brushes are bad for the environment.

They deserve it. The liberal pieces of shite banned controlled burns that were implemented to prevent these catastrophic fires.

Welp, burn motherfrickers

Yep. They brought it on themselves. Congrats, frickers, now burn.

This happens every year out there. You'd figure more would be done to prevent it, but winds are crazy and too much fuel on the ground. It's quite sad seeing this, but it's normally the same areas and/or same issues.

I doubt you really can prevent it. You can pass laws on campfires and such, but forest fires do occur naturally. While it’s hard to watch people lose their homes and acres of forests burn, the forest that will eventually take its place will be amazing.

ETA: Saw some posts about controlled burns. I don’t know anything about that.

That is such horrific thing to say. It’s on par with people that said New Orleans deserved it. There is loss of life, homes and vast devastation. My children can’t go outside most days because the air quality and I am 80 miles from the closest fire... your audacity and callousness is repulsive. And just FYI the areas burning are mostly Trump country but they are human and American first. You are not a good person regardless of how you vote.

ETA: a 4 and 6 year old were among the fatalities. They were trapped and their grandmother covered them with a wet blanket in a last ditch effort to save them. The boy was on the phone with his grandpa when the flames came in the house. Jesus you are a piece of shite.

Nothing i said was in seriousness, i highly doubt anyone else was too.

Its horrible that the nature and wildlife has been effected along with the homes in them.

Most of its federal land but I am not whining like a little bitch and blaming it on Trump. Nature always wins. Fires, hurricanes, tornados....they have no political leanings.
