Yes, companies like Facebook and Twitter are worth billions and billions of dollars. The American economy and society would collapse if these social network behemoths disappeared. Now do something that really matters and isn’t going to change headquarters: Ag. There is no replacing our production. We produce more milk here in the Central Valley than the entirety of Wisconsin just for one commodity. Same is true for Peaches vs Georgia, Citrus vs Florida and so many other crops it isn’t funny.
We get all that and we thank you. But California leads the charge on literally every insane neo-communist ideology that takes hold in America. So if we could cut that out, that would be awesome. It won’t matter how much milk yall produce if your politicians/populace push america off the socialist cliff.

I didn't know Germany had rolling blackouts and no access to drinking water.

Well, I can tell you from personal experience that there’s a voting mindset in Mississippi that’s genetically connected to Angola.

Hollywood, Silicon Valley, and the Central Valley definitely pump those numbers. When you account for cost of living, California actually has the highest poverty rate, look it up.

The economic success of California is longstanding and irrefutable.
It has more poverty and the lowest rate of literacy in the country, while being uber expensive.
Congrats! Communism does work. You have the Rich and their poor serfs.

So, it’s NOT about to be the 4th largest economy in the world?
Correct.
Middle class fleeing in droves
Lowest literacy rate
Highest poverty rate
The future is going to suck for Californians who aren't uber wealthy.

Just imagine how well CA would be doing if there wasn't a Democrat supermajority choking the life out of it.

Orange County FTW
I live in the #7 most conservative metro in the U.S. and I live in, by far, the most conservative area of that metro where the largest 4th of July celebration west of the Mississippi River occurs every year. The Californians that live around me are just fine.

Of that I have no doubt. The problem for California as a whole though is you and your sane, logical neighbors are surrounded by millions, hell tens of millions, strak raving mad, fully indoctrinated, completely divorced from reality, leftists.

Seams like it's time for them to give it a go on their own.
