Why is this piece of shite still alive? Horrible case, cut and dried, no doubt about guilt. Way too much money has been slept salvaging this guy's worthless existence.

So true.... she was begging him not to shoot her and he did it anyway... the POS needs to be put in a car with the windows up and no way for him to escape on a nice 95 degree day.....

I mean, how much good could we have done in this city with the money we've spent keeping this guy alive for 20 years?

The running saying is that tragedy cursed every restaurant there since.

The Plantation Salad was awesome.

I remembered when this happened; I must have been in like third grade. BR had a horrific streak at that time - Clay Logan murdering his parents, Betty Smothers, the guy at the Baseball card shop on Highland at Kenilworth. Random murders

Nothing random about Weisinger. He thought it all out, waited for someone to open the back door, followed him in and methodically pulled the trigger on every person that he saw.

Yep. I was delivering pizza that evening from Mr Gattis.
The cops were still in pursuit of that pos and had that area blocked all off.
We had no idea what happened but we knew we needed redirect delivery drivers to avoid that area for hours. Then the 10pm news on at the restaurant told us that was a robbery/murder.

It costs less to keep someone on death row for life than to execute

Graduated HS with her & she was a really sweet person & great family.

This POS has had way to many appeals.

RIP Stephanie

Exactly how was his death sentence thrown out to begin with?

This pos is exactly why I carry.

Before Lasseignes it was an Italian place. We ate there once or twice. Nothing seems to work there long which is odd because the location is decent.

I'm not 100% but think it had something to do with his claim of being mentally unfit.
