Chad also needs to be neutered while in prison.

So not only is he a worthless piece of dog shite, he's a stupid, worthless piece of dog shite.
And apparently, a terrible cook.

the mentality of seeing crime as requiring an opposing force of punishment only offers a bit of deterrence but otherwise is a useless. overall it's a net negative, especially when you consider what prison (and just the mark of a felony) does to economic usefulness
Kid abuse to me is the worst, but this country could really take a look at how we view our penal system.
for laughs, recommend we send him to that Scandinavian prison that has guitar lessons. At least they only have like a 10% recidivism rate though.

But.. he doesn't need to learn how to play the guitar. He needs to be punished for breaking his son's skull. He'd probably just hit his son with the guitar anyways.

What's the reason for this suspended sentence bullshite? You get sentenced to 18 years, you get 18 fricking years. No second chances when that type of brutality is involved.
Dude will probably get out in 5, have another kid or two and beat them, do drugs and go on a robbing spree, and go back to jail after a car chase and the possibility of killing someone. It's extremely obvious he won't change. You've got to be ate up with the dumbass to not figure that one out.

I am not responding to your quote based on the guy with a forehead tattoo, but I think in general this is part of the problem with the US penal system. We have been conditioned not to believe in rehabilitation. They are many parties at play in the US that absolutely just want people in prison, and they need the populace to be in line with beliefs that push that. Rehabilitation is not part of that plan, and is an enemy of that plan.

Is it really that far-fetched that he would do this again? The one year old can't protect himself, and if it happens again it could easily be a much worse situation. If the child dies next time, it will be a little too late to say he should've been in prison instead of supervised probation.
Most parents live under an "if you touch my child, I'll break your skull" motto. To be able to do this to your own child is just unfathomable.

When the perp is black, the point of these threads is basically (and usually explicitly) that it's BECAUSE they are black. When it's a white dude though, it's just, well, because.

So... you are simply trying to stir up made-up outrage and crap. Polluting this thread, like you do countless other on the Poli board.

He'd probably make his son listen to shitty renditions of Taylor Swift songs.
