Maybe it’s 11. But it ends on the 24th. I expect him to use the spike on the 21st or 22nd as an excuse to put us back to Phase One.

Gotta get to Nov 3rd under lockdown somehow.

if you look at the demographics of the cases you wouldn't find it so weird or suspect

It’s even more odd that there are way less people wearing masks in Bossier and the numbers are so different.

BTW I just realized this article was from July 7th when Caddo parish was proposing an ordinance. Has nothing to do with JBE's
