Mother left without telling me a week ago today. Mother did leave me a chocolate chip cookie cake, which I finished in less than a full day. Had I known Mother was making the trip I would have protested to the point of forcing her to drive over me to leave.

You sure are lucky Slick Sal was posting online. Otherwise you’d probably be serving a good number. We knew the oil people who owned the house before the garbage man. He let me ride in the original Batmobile once down St Charles. That area is a magnet for garbage men now, what with Mr. Ramelli recently living across the street. He would always wave to me from his Bentley when I was riding my bike.
