"It must have been his first time," Ziegler said of the suspect. "He wasn't very smart."

I've talked to someone who owns one in NOLA and he said the reason why he has not opened one up in BR yet is because he would have to buy a refrigerated truck to carry product from Chalmette. Apparently, you can only go so far without food being refrigerated. Why wont he just hire someone with a truck to do it for him? no clue.
