But-Ee’s started in 1982 and copied Busy Bee”s super C store model. Busy Bee started in 1935. The Busy Bee in Live Oak, FL is the Taj Mahal of C stores.

Northern people aren’t like we are in the south. Wally’s may not make it.

And last but not least, the front of the store is modeled after the front of the ultimate vacation vehicle, the family truckster.

That is a stretch

That stretch of 55 just doesnt have the family/beach/travel ball traffic that most big bucees locations do

It makes you wonder why Bucees is putting one in between Nashville and Knoxville. The smarter play would have been between Chattanooga and Nashville or Knoxville.

Now that we have Wally and the Beaver, we just need Eddie and Lumpy to jump into the mix.

You realize the one I posted about is in our lovely area of East Tenn, right? And I live here?

You are a native of Tennessee...and you're excited about a convenience store, why?

There are several copies out there

Then let’s imitate a Bucees for Louisiana and make it called Gators as not to get sued.

Same large store, gas pump, and restaurant footprint. Same clean shitters and crappy merchandise.

Where Gators stands out:
Mascot is an Alligator.
Truckers are welcome.
It has a large video poker casino with sports betting.
It has a full service bar and daiquiri bar.
It even has a large fishing pond out back with a few mascots swimming in it.

Location will be dependent on which areas do not have prohibitions on Truck stop casinos.

Anyone interested in investing?

I just pull the brisket out and don't eat the buns.

Wish they just served brisket.

They're opening one off I-95 in Florence, SC. It will be just as packed with that Myrtle Beach traffic.

Yep. I like Busy Bees in Florida too. They have equally as nice, if not nicer bathrooms too

The busy bee in Live Oak, Florida has ESPN in the men’s room and has the speakers turned up on it. Also a Dunkin’ Donuts and Burger King inside the store
