That stuff is excellent……but flirts with what shouldn’t be called jerky. It’s entirely too wet and doesn’t keep at room temperature. Trailhands didn’t pull their snacks from a cooler they brought with them.

I only get the western cut and the bohemian garlic. Everything else is thick cutl and gets soft after the first chew. I like my beef jerky thin and leathery.
