I think the real problem is that they are sitting outside of a bar pulling over people for whatever small reason hoping to write DUIs. The other stuff just goes to show how most cops are just shitty people

would it bother you less if they were sitting outside specifically waiting for these (or any other girls) to come out of the bar and then initiate contact with them?
That would seem a little more creepy/pervy IMO.

I've had that little angel appear on my shoulder in that situation as well.

It's very tempting, especially if she's smoking hot. But there are rules about that sort of thing.

i would think there are numerous rules, policies, procedures, sayings, advice, cliches and adages about this in any professional setting

I'm just talking about the morality of the situation.

The last time I had this happen the girl was so drunk, she could barely keep herself on the barstool. She was asking me to take her home with all which that implied. At the time, I liked the girl (found out later that she was just a slut that did this on the reg when she was drunk and horny), but I declined and put her in a cab. I don't do rape. And that's all it would've been.

Good ole Brad Bennett should be fired from BRPD.

Let's hope the DA Moore does the right thing here and goes after criminal charges on him as well.

He will just get reassigned to Detail duty for Kip to protect him during his affairs.

Well that's one way to remove a cock-blocking friend from getting in your way.

Here's your seven year bump.

According to the EBR Metro Council's agenda for tomorrow night's meeting, the civil case is finally nearing its end. The Council will be asked to approve $45,515.20 to settle the victim's lawsuit against the Officer and BRPD.

This is just the introduction of the settlement offer, the actual vote will occur in two weeks from tomorrow night.
