Im confused. Isn't that obvious? You think they knew he did it but decided not to charge him until he killed two people?

If they had the casings with his prints and ballistics being a match between the house and the two murders....that seems like it would be a pretty easy case.
They were probably waiting on ballistics on the house shooting before they made an arrest.

It's going to be a long time until has that to lean on. He's going to be in EBRPP for a long time until he is convicted and transported to Angola. I don't think the Aryan Nation is very active in Angola, I sure haven't heard that it is and I have spoke with people that have served time there. Like you mentioned, they are probably going to have to keep him in solitary forever for his own protection. That is really going to fricking suck to be locked alone in a cage for the rest of his long life but that's what he deserves and that's what he'll get.

DNA on the shell casings. I'm still confused how the first two was linked.
He just said at least 2 different casings, possibly a 3rd.

Yea you could tell he was excited about the DNA technology. It's almost like a fingerprint is enough to get DNA these days.

You would think that in this day and age, people would account for DNA if they were trying to pull off something crazy like this. This guy is a moron.
