They had one yesterday morning at Florida Street and I-110 downtown. 3 cops pulling people over that were on their way to work. Easy place to pull people over into the parking lot under the interstate.

Do What I did... drive down to the River Parishes and look for some bumblefrick who couldn't care less. I'm a EBR resident, but I was lucky enough to give it a try while I was in Reserve one day last month and I ended up getting a sweet two-year sticker.
