But I stand by the first part of my post. Although we have an OT poster about to commit a mass murder, or is it serial, the other thread has me confused now, so some out of the box suggestions coming from a lot of the boards tonight.

Unless the wreck shuts down the interstate, blocking the ramps makes no sense whatsoever.
Either way, my eyes and the Waze app both saw traffic rolling on I10 when I was forced to pass up the Acadian ramp.

I did not see anything unusual going on at the I-10/Acadian intersection when we went through there about 11. Granted we were going westbound, not eastbound, but I think I would have noticed something.
